The need to incorporate these data driven programs into management across all specializations in imperative and the students who are going to embrace this will have a huge advantage over others.

Mr. Rajesh Pillai | Founder and Director
Rajesh Pillai has over 25 years of experience ranging from Education, Aviation, IT, ITES and Media sector. Till recently, before founding Valia School of Management (VSM), he was the Founding CEO of Vidyalankar School of Business (VSB) and Futuristic Skillville Pvt Ltd, a part of the Vidyalankar Group of Institutions.
He started his journey in the education sector as the National Director at ITM Group of Institutions and later as the Director of National Flying Training Institute (NFTI), training India’s finest pilots.
Early in his career among other senior positions, he was with Wipro and Satyam managing their US, Europe and Southeast Asia as location head and country head respectively. Within Education sector, he has managed multiple verticals and domains ranging from Management, Hospitality, Aviation and Fashion Technology.
He is an avid reader and enjoys interaction with students. He believes in empowering teams and team members and giving them the all the support to ensure they are able to bring in their best to work.
Mr. Gaurang Bhatt | Founder and Director
Gaurang Bhatt, with an experience of over 20 years in Sales and Business Development & Channel/Franchise Development of Education Industry in brands such as Vidyalankar School of Business (VSB), Universal Business School (UBS), ITM Group, Sikkim Manipal University (SMU-MUL), Maya Academy of Advanced Cinematics, AHA Air Hostess Academy, SSI Ltd.
He has been awarded with Best Employee at SSI, MAAC and ITM for showcasing business acumen and turning around loss making business units into profiteering business units.
He has been instrumental in launching Executive MBA Education programs with Universal Business School (UBS) and expanded its reach in launching multiple Business Units in Mumbai. He was Head of Management Programs with Vidyalankar School of Business (VSB) and successfully spearheaded Admissions and Marketing for VSBs PGDM Program.
He is purpose driven leader, motivated by building sales and businesses which positively impact students and the education market. With a strong belief in creating learning opportunities for transforming students careers through delivering culture of excellence in academics.
