If you just visit and browse through our IIIMS website, read pages, or download information, our website’s operating system will automatically record some general information about your visit.

OTP verification during payment gateway

Authentication using OTP is not new. For example, when you make a funds transfer from your bank account, your bank will send you an OTP on your registered mobile number. Similarly, in the IIIMS Payment Gateway page, the bank will send you an OTP through SMS for authentication purposes when you are doing any payment towards Fees to IIIMS through IIIMS Payment Gateway.

This happens when you are registering for Counselling / Applying for our Programs offered by IIIMS, downloading programs brochures from IIIMS. In those cases, all submitted information is used only for the purposes for which it is intended and is not made available to any third party.

Our policy discloses the privacy practices for the IIIMS website. But IIIMS provides links to other websites. When you leave the IIIMS website (www.iiims.in), you will be going to sites that are beyond our control. These other sites may send their own cookies to users, collect data, or solicit personal information. The privacy policies and procedures described here for IIIMS do not apply to any external links. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of any site you link to from ours, especially if you share any personal information. Be informed. “By using the IIIMS and/or registering yourself at IIIMS, you authorize IIIMS (including its representatives, affiliates, and its business partners) to contact you via email or phone call or SMS and offer you our services for the programme/courses you have opted for, imparting programme/courses knowledge, for which reasons your information may be collected in the manner as detailed under this Policy. You hereby agree that you authorize IIIMS to contact you for the above mentioned purposes even if you have registered yourself under DND or DNC or NCPR service(s). Your authorization, in this regard, shall be valid as long as your account is not deactivated by either you or us.” 

Extension Policy

The minimum stipulated period for completion of a programme is specified against each programme.

For any reason if a student is not able to complete the programme in minimum stipulated period, the student can exercise the option of extending the programme by another X period, paying the continuation / registration fee for each module / year of extension.

Refund Policy

Fee once paid is not refundable under any circumstances. No request for fee refund will be entertained.
